10 Marble Look-alikes, without the Marble-Maintenance!

There's no doubt about it - marble is stunningly beautiful! But unfortunately, it's also hard to maintain! This is a big problem for many home owners -- we have enough to worry about in our busy day-to-day lives that we do NOT need to worry about staining our marble island when our kids spill red kool-aid on it!

Thankfully... countertop manufacturers realized this problem and over the last 10 years have come out with more and more beautiful marble-looks in the form of quartz and porcelain slabs!

So here are my top 10 favourite products that look like marble, but will last for 20+ years without the high level of maintenance!

Pearl Jasmine

Silestone Quartz

This beauty is a true white (as opposed to the beige undertones some slabs have) with small realistic veining. A definite contender in my top 10.

Muse

LG Viatera Quartz

A divine spark from above results in a perfect blend of an alabaster white canvas thoughtfully intertwined with dark hued veins.

Monterey

HanStone Quartz

This very subtle stone is a true trickster. Unless you have a keen eye for real marble, you would never know this was engineered!

Montauk

HanStone Quartz

With a beige undertone, Montuak brings more warmth than traditional marble look-alikes.

Statuario Maximus

Caesarstone Quartz

Statuario Maximus™ has a marble inspired design featuring broad warm grey veins sweeping across its soft white base colour, and is further enriched by delicate background veins.

Eternal Calacatta Gold

Silestone

Bold veining and white undertones are paired with subtle gold accenting veins makes this a true beauty!

Like the look of honed marble? This is also available in a suede finish!
